FAQ's REGRADING COVID-19

We are OPEN ! Capacity in the studio is limited per the Massachusetts state mandates. 

 

Please read the important information below regarding practicing in-studio, online, and many other FAQ’s!

  • HOW DO I SIGN UP FOR AN IN-STUDIO CLASS?
    Pre-register for a class using either our website or the MindBody App. The state mandates do not allow for walk-ins. If the class is full you may add your name to the waitlist, you will get an email if a spot opens up for class 

  • WHAT ARE THE CURRENT COVID-19 PROTOCOLS?

        Please wear a mask until class starts and maintain social distance in the lobby. The studio doors will           open 10-15 minutes prior to class. We are unable to rent mats or towels at this time and our showers           and dressing rooms are closed.  After class all high touch surfaces are cleaned and the floor is washed         using CDC-approved products.

  • WHAT IF I END UP NOT BEING ABLE TO ATTEND THE CLASS I GOT INTO?
     Please cancel your reservation at least 12 hours in advance. If you cancel less than 12 hours there will be a charge of $20.

  • WHAT IF I DON’T SHOW UP AT ALL FOR A CLASS I BOOKED?
       The class will be counted and there is a $30 no-show charge.

     

  • HOW CAN I SEE WHAT CLASSES I'M SIGNED UP FOR?
    -- To check your schedule using the MB app
    Once you’ve booked your classes go to your “Profile” in the bottom right-hand corner of the app. This is where you will find your schedule

    -- To check your schedule using our website
    Go to the “Schedule” page on our website, click on “My Account” over on the right-hand side at the top of the calendar. A pop-up box of your “Account Info” will open. Click on the 4th tab on the left-hand side that says “Schedule”. 

     

  • HOW CAN I CANCEL A CLASS THAT I CAN'T MAKE?
    To cancel classes please use the app or the website. Emails, texts, DM's, and phone calls don’t allow us to act in a timely way to fill the class.

    -- To cancel class via the MindBody app
    Go to our schedule like you would in order to book class and tap on the class you've booked. "Class Detail" will pop open and click on the bottom left-hand button that says "Cancel"

    -- To cancel class via our website
    Click on "My Account" on our "Schedule" tab and log in. This logs you into your MindBody account. Once you log in click on the "Schedule" tab (4th tab on left) You will see a tab next to each class you've booked that says "Cancel" Click that and your booking will be canceled.

     

  • HOW DO I TAKE CLASS ONLINE?
     Classes are simultaneously hosted on Zoom. Please sign up for the ONLINE class using either our  website or the MindBody App. Then you will receive an email with a link to Zoom. Download the Zoom  app if you don't have it. You will also receive an email reminder 15 minutes prior to class with a  link  to the class.

  • WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP?
    There is no commitment for any memberships, if you need to cancel, please email the studio info@hotyogacapecod.com at least 48 hrs prior to your next billing cycle so we can process your request.
