Teen Series

We are proud to extend our services to teens! 

Our teen series of Beginners Yoga and HIIT, Stretch + Breathe is designed for any teen with  ANY  body.


  • Mon + Wed 3 pm - 4:30 pm  

  • 4 week series (9/14, 9/16, 9/21, 9/23, 9/28, 9/30, 10/5, 10/7)

  •  Learn and practice this beginners series of yoga that consists of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises.

  • The yoga will help your teen to build not only physical strength but mental strength and flexibility as well as discipline. Mindful movement and breathing helps to calm their nervous system - relieving stress and anxiety leaving them feeling better!

  • $150

HIIT, Stretch +Breathe

  • Tues + Thurs 3 pm - 4 pm

  • 4 week series (9/15, 9/17, 9/22, 9/24, 9/29, 10/1, 10/6, 10/8)

  •  HIIT (high intensity interval training) workout set to really AWESOME music followed by stretching and ending with a guided breathing exercise and meditation. 

  • This series will help to build physical strength and endurance. It will empower your teen to focus on their own abilities and to work hard both on and off the mat. If your teen is an athlete then this series is for them!

  • $150

- Space in each series is limited to 5 students.

- Masks are required for entry. When class starts masks can be removed.

- These are NOT heated classes. 

- A signed waiver of liability by a parent/guardian and full payment is required before the first class.
