               All classes at Hot Yoga Cape Cod are held in a heated room. The heat of the room is a physical and mental challenge. It is meant to help you experience the results of a consistent movement practice faster.​ Practicing in the heat causes your muscles to warm up faster which will allow you to move safely and with ease in all of our class offerings. When you move easier, you’ll experience more of the individual benefits of each Yoga posture and maximize the cardio element of your Inferno Hot Pilates class. In addition to improving your flexibility and range of motion, the heat will also help to bring fresh oxygenated blood flow to sore muscles, tight joints, and areas of inflammation.
